Jigawa Golden Stars Football Club says it is ramping up preparations ahead of its second fixture in the 2025/2026 Nigeria National League (NNL) season.
This was disclosed in a statement issued to Truths Finder by the Club’s Public Relations Officer, Mr. Ibrahim Isyaku, who confirmed that the team is set to battle Bichi Football Club this Saturday at the Bichi Stadium.
“As we approach this important match, we recognize that our strength lies not only in our strategy and skill on the pitch but also in the unwavering spirit of our supporters,” the statement read.
Mr. Isyaku appealed to fans for “fervent prayers, steadfast support, and moral encouragement,” noting that such collective backing has always lifted the team in critical moments.
He called on supporters of Jigawa Golden Stars FC and the entire people of Jigawa State to stand firmly behind the team in solidarity as they seek a positive result.
“Our collective voice and belief are the wind beneath the club’s wings, inspiring the players to strive for nothing less than a victorious outcome,” he said.
“Let us unite to propel Jigawa Golden Stars FC to a successful start in the league. Together, we can achieve greatness,” the PRO added.
