In a renewed effort to strengthen Islamic enlightenment activities across Jigawa State, the senator representing Jigawa Northeast Senatorial District, Senator Ahmed Abdulhamid Malam Madori, has donated a Sharon bus to the Hadejia Emirate Women’s Da’awa Organisation.
The vehicle was officially handed over to the group at the Emir of Hadejia’s Palace, where a delegation from the senator’s office presented the donation under the distinguished auspices of His Royal Highness, the Emir of Hadejia, Alhaji Dr. Adamu Abubakar Maje, CON.
Speaking during the presentation, Senator Malam Madori said the gesture reflects his commitment to supporting Islamic propagation, promoting peace, and empowering women who play a vital role in community enlightenment.He noted that women remain central to the growth of Da’awa activities, stressing that providing them with mobility will ease their outreach efforts across communities in the emirate and beyond.
The Emir of Hadejia, Dr. Adamu Abubakar Maje, commended the senator for the support, offered prayers for the success of the initiative, and urged the beneficiaries to make the best use of the vehicle in advancing Islamic teachings.
Receiving the vehicle key on behalf of the group, the chairperson, Hajiya Gwaggo, expressed deep appreciation to the Emir, Senator Malam Madori, and his team for their continuous support to women-led Islamic advocacy.
She also prayed for the senator’s increased success and guidance in all his future endeavours.
