As part of efforts to deepen grassroots support and promote the Renewed Hope agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Student Affairs, Amb. Salisu Seeker, has distributed Sallah rams to leaders of the All Progressives Congress in Dutse Local Government Area of Jigawa State.

The distribution, carried out ahead of the Eid-el-Kabir celebration, benefited the 11 APC ward chairmen in Dutse Local Government, with each receiving a ram. Four party executives and a zonal party official were also among the beneficiaries.

Representing Seeker during the presentation ceremony, the Councillor representing Limawa Ward and former Leader of the Dutse Local Government Legislative Council, Hon. Gambo Dayyanu, said the initiative was in line with the welfare-driven leadership style of President Tinubu and Governor Malam Umar Namadi.

He noted that the gesture reflected the administration’s commitment to supporting party loyalists and easing the burden on citizens during festive periods.

“This is part of the efforts to identify with party members and extend support to the people in line with the directives of the President and the governor,” Dayyanu stated.

He further described Seeker as a committed grassroots politician who had consistently supported vulnerable persons and APC faithful through various empowerment programmes and humanitarian interventions.

The event was attended by the Senior Special Assistant on Sports, Hon. Abdulkadir Ahmed Matasa, alongside other political associates and stakeholders.

Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, APC leaders in Dutse expressed gratitude to Seeker for the gesture and offered prayers for Allah’s blessings, protection and continued success in his political and public service career.
